Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how IMPRIX Corporation handles information collected through this website, project enquiries and community registrations.
Who is responsible?
IMPRIX Corporation, Bathur Street, East Legon, Accra, Ghana. For privacy requests, email imprixcorp@gmail.com or call +233 538903170.
Information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email, optional company and phone, requested service, budget, timing, project message and the page or campaign that brought you here.
- Community: your name, email, registration date and consent to updates.
- Technical information: our hosting provider processes network and request information to deliver and protect the website. We use a hashed network identifier to limit repeated form submissions.
- Optional measurement: when enabled and accepted, Google Analytics records website usage and conversion events; Meta Pixel measures page views and successful enquiries for advertising. These providers receive device and network information and may use identifiers.
Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in forms. Our forms do not ask for these.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to understand your needs, respond and prepare potential services. Community updates are based on your separate opt-in. Technical information supports website delivery, security and abuse prevention. Optional analytics and advertising operate only after your corresponding cookie choice. We do not sell enquiry or community registration details.
Cookies and your choices
Essential browser storage remembers privacy choices for up to 180 days and whether you have seen the opening animation during your session. Optional Google Analytics and Meta cookies are loaded only when configured and accepted. You can reject them without losing access to the website. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change or withdraw permission; changing permission may reload the page. Your browser also lets you clear cookies. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement but does not undo information already processed.
Who receives information?
Authorised IMPRIX team members handle enquiries and community registrations. Hosting and database providers process information on our behalf. If email delivery is configured, an email provider also processes enquiry notifications. Google and Meta receive optional measurement information when enabled and accepted. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not send the contents of your enquiry form to analytics or the pixel.
International processing and security
Technology providers may process information outside Ghana. We consider access controls and appropriate data protection arrangements when using providers. We use HTTPS, restricted administration and form validation to reduce risk; no online service can promise absolute security.
How long we keep it
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling enquiries, ongoing business relationships and applicable legal obligations. Community details remain while you subscribe, subject to necessary records of your preferences. You can request deletion or ask about retention for your particular record. We will explain any information we must retain and why.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us for access to your personal information, corrections, deletion, or to stop community communications by emailing imprixcorp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Where a request cannot be met, we will explain the reason. You may also raise a concern with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
Other services and AI
Following a WhatsApp, social media or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy terms. Our on-site service guide uses preset information and does not send chat messages to an AI provider. If an AI service is introduced, we will explain the provider and information use before you send a message.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes requiring a new choice will be presented before the affected optional processing begins.
